These are simple and the ingredients are easy to remember (one, one, one, one)!
1 C buttermilk (or milk or rice milk)
1-2 bananas, mashed
Add and stir in:
1 C whole wheat white flour
1/4 to 1/2 tea salt
Fry up in small pancake rounds using 1 TB butter.
Serves 2 as big breakfast or dinner.
Good as is, or drizzled with maple syrup, additional bananas, and/or toasted walnuts.
