Banana Walnut Shake (Raw)

This is my favorite breakfast! This makes enough for two people.

Blend in a high speed blender (i.e. Vitamix) for about 30 seconds until combined:
1/4 C walnuts
1/4 C dates (pitted)
1 banana
1/4 vanilla bean (bark & all)
Add enough water for a total of 20 oz.
